  • Kurdish Energy Drink: is a registered trademark (Reg. No. 637638 – PRV, Sweden).

  • All content, logos, designs, and brand identity materials are the exclusive property of Scandinavian Trade Partners AB. Any unauthorized use of the brand “KURDISH” or its associated assets is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

III. B2B & Private Label (OEM) Services

  1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): For Private Label orders, the MOQ is 1 pallet per flavor (approx. 2,376 cans).

  2. Production Time: Standard production is 1–2 weeks following order confirmation.

  3. Distribution Requirements: Approved distributors must operate within their designated sales territory, use brand assets only as authorized, and adhere to proper storage and handling regulations.

    IV. Logistics & International Shipping

    • Partners: We utilize DB Schenker and DHL Freight for reliable global distribution.

    • Estimated Delivery Times:

      • Within EU: Approximately 3–7 business days.

      • International (Outside EU): 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs).

    • Liability: Risk of loss transfers to the buyer according to the agreed-upon Incoterms at the time of invoice.

    V. Payment Terms

    • All orders are subject to advance payment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    • Orders are only processed and released for shipment once full payment is confirmed.
